A virtual cath lab for interventional imaging
DSAVirtualLab combines CT-derived anatomy, controllable C-arm geometry and simulated X-rays. It provides alternative views for procedural review, teaching and interventional AI research. A biplane scene allows the relationship between projection angle, patient position and anatomical visibility to be explored.
Imaging workflow
Patient CT or three-dimensional anatomy is loaded into a scene with C-arm and table controls. Changing the imaging geometry produces simulated projections. Registered cardiac MR content can be displayed in CT space and overlaid under the same geometry. Slice views and volume views support inspection of the underlying anatomy.
My contribution
My work includes the imaging workspace, model orchestration, progress reporting, output loading and export, runtime path handling and Windows application delivery. The software demonstration shows the biplane scene and multimodal workspace. The browser interaction offers a simpler way to inspect spatial relationships.
Simulation is not acquired DSA
The displayed X-rays are generated from CT. They do not establish independent registration to acquired clinical DSA. Colors in the CMR volume represent image visualization rather than blood-flow velocity. The application is intended for research and demonstration; each accuracy claim requires its own evaluation.
